Founded in 1956 by Dr. Dalton Blough, Allegheny Orthodontic Associates has a long-standing tradition of excellence in orthodontic care. With offices in Johnstown, Altoona, and Somerset, PA, our practice has proudly served thousands of children and adults throughout Western Pennsylvania for generations.

Over the years, the practice has been guided by Dr. Blough, Dr. Faber Little, and Dr. Scott Little. In 2006, Dr. Matthew Radkowski joined Allegheny Orthodontic Associates and assumed leadership of the practice in 2012, continuing our commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

For decades, we have remained deeply connected to the communities we serve, emphasizing personalized treatment while incorporating the latest advances in the art and science of orthodontics. Along with traditional braces to create beautiful, healthy smiles, our fully digital offices are recognized as a regional leader in Invisalign treatment for both teens and adults.
