Jessica Kostyk
Schedule Coordinator
Jess is one of the friendly faces you will encounter when you first walk into our office. She has been with AOA since 2016 and is incredible at handling all of your scheduling needs! When not working, she enjoys fishing and spending time outside with her husband Joe and kids, Weston and Kyleigh.
Deni takes care of the day-to-day operations working closely with Dr. Rad to make sure everything is running smoothly. With 20 years of service with AOA, Deni is very knowledgeable of the practice and is here to answer any questions or concerns you may have. When not at work, she enjoys church avtivities and spending time with her family

Karen oversees the coordination of insurance billing and all payments received, working directly with the insurance carrier to ensure our patients receive their maximum allowance. Karen and her husband are the proud parents of two grown children. As empty nesters, they enjoy traveling plus have many hobbies and interests that include spending time with their dog Grady.

Peggy is one of the first people you will meet when you come to AOA as a new patient. She has a can-do attitude and loves making our patients happy. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, especially her grandson Emmett.
Shirley Whetzel
Lab Technician
Shirley is our amazing Lab Tech that creates all of our appliances and retainers. Her craft is one of a kind and is an asset to our office. In her free time she enjoys painting, decorating, re-purposing junk and going on motorcycle ride with her husband, Erik
Brooke Papcunik
Clinical Assistant
Brooke is one of our amazing assistants and has been with AOA for 20 years. She has three beautiful girls that keep her and her husband very busy getting them to all of their activities. Family is everything to her.
Christi Polenik
Clincal Assistant
Christi is the life of the party at our office and always knows how to put a smile on our patients' face. She has been with AOA since 2003. When not at work, she is usually outdoors with her twin daughters and close friends.
Jamie Marion
Clinical Assistant
Jamie is the creative mind here at the office. She is also responsible for the beautiful decor you see in our office. She also takes care of all of our ordering needs. She loves to go camping with her family, if she isn't running one of her three kids to a soccer practice or game.
Wendy Wingard
Clinical Assistant
Wendy has been with us since 2015. She is a certified Orthodontics Assistant and helps manage our social media accounts. When not at work she is always with her family. She loves to go swimming with her husband Jared, and daughters Aria and Cora. They also enjoy working on their family farm together.
Steph Rager
Clinical Assitant
Steph is another of our creative assistants. She enjoys flipping junk into beautiful gems. She recently got married to her husband Jesse. Steph also helps manage a golf range in the area. She has a Great Dane name Laney who keeps her busy!
