I felt overwhelmed by all the love and support each of you showed as I went through my surgery process and I really appreciate the thoughtful card/gift cards that showed up at my home while I was recovering! Although I struggled at times, you each helped me through with encouragement and patience! I know this picture doesn't mean much to you guys, but I wanted to include it because it was the first picture that I took and was truly happy with my smile, so much so that I cried after I took it! I don't have enough words to tell you how happy I am with my new teeth and jaw! Every time I see my smile I am reminded of your amazing staff and I can not say Thank You enough! The staff is very friendly, they are also very thorough when explaining things...For instance, my daughter just had braces put on yesterday and they made sure she knew how to floss properly, how to use the flosser thing, how to clean the food out of her braces, and taking out and reinserting her bite plate, just to name a few. They also made sure she understood everything, and explained to me as well. After treatment they also accompanied her to the waiting room and explained everything they did and will have to do for her treatment, to me. The amount of time spent in the waiting room varies but it is never a very long wait! Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs an orthodontist!!!!! Very pleased!!!
